Employment Agencies

Some businesses don't want to advertise their job openings or interview job applicants so they hire an employment agency to do it for them. They tell the employment agency about upcoming projects and what kind of help they're going to need. The agency then goes out and recruits people to fill those jobs and then sends their best recruits to work for the business. Some temporary jobs can last a few days and others can last a few months.
