W.I.B., Inc., dba Chautauqua Works (WIB) is soliciting competitive proposals for an experienced vendor to provide Hosted VoIP Telephone Services, Fiber Link, Internet Services, On and Off site support/maintenance; and make recommendations and provide pricing for new equipment, software, upgrades when needed.
The WIB, a 501 (c) (3) non-profit corporation, oversees the design and delivery of Chautauqua County’s locally tailored workforce development system. Customer services are delivered through the American Job Center as the entry to the county’s seamless employment support system that offers training, education, and employment programs designed to meet the needs and demands of the local and regional labor market.
